I am annoyed that I can't personalize my screen on my new Netbook. It came with Windows 7 BUT only the Starter version! That wasn't clear until I tried to personalize my screen - seemingly a simple thing that we should be able to do - Maddening!!!!!!!!

To be quite blunt, the decision of what version to install lies with the computer manufacturer, not MS.Does MS specify what versions can be installed on a given machine?
